customer service of any credit card I have ever owned. They are poorly staffed and fairly ignorant of the card regulations and restrictions. Being on hold for 3 hours is an indication of their lack of care for their customer base. I am determined to resolve my issues and then cancel this frustrating situation. In a time when people have choices, they are clearly operating in the dark ages.
