Do you know how to go about getting the $125.00 travel voucher issued? I have held this credit card since 2017 and have yet to receive the voucher (I have met all the requirements).
When I call Citibank to inquire, they tell me that I have to call American. And of course, American tells me to contact Citibank! 🙂

In reply to David. Hi David! Yep, sorry to hear the card isn't as useful for you anymore, but hey, it happens! I have a good handful of cards myself that I no longer use very often. It might be worth a shot to try calling up Citi to see if they might be willing to offer some sort of retention offer, or maybe even waive the annual fee for another year. If all else fails, maybe see if you can downgrade to another card with no annual fee.

I’ve found this card not worth it anymore. I rarely take long domestic trips, so hardly ever check a bag. Most overseas flights do include a checked bag. I was surprised when I flew to Costa Rica that I would be charged to check a bag and the credit card didn’t make it free.

Is there someone I can call regarding the signup bonus? I was targeted in feb making a booking for a 40k miles and $200 credit after 3k spend, but didn’t know if I could get matched to the new 60k offer? Tia

In reply to Jasmin. Hi Jasmin! I knew it existed and I knew that I could product change but honestly that card isn't worth it as the benefits are nearly nil. It might be worth it to someone with little credit who needs to build a credit history to keep it for some years. Instead I went with the Barclay Business Aviator card that has a 60K bonus, 5% redeemed mile credit (for now, they haven't announced axing that) and other random benefits.

In reply to Rod. Hi Rod - As long as you redeem the miles before May 1, 2019 (because they're deducted from your account when you redeem not when you fly) you should still get the rebate.
