I’m not seeing in the terms, but others report you will in fact get two free checked bags for international travel. For most intl destinations, you’ll get the first checked bag free anyway — and in some cases, a second bag. But United also charges $100 each way for bag #2, depending on where you’re going. That means this perk could potentially actually save $400 round-trip!

Yes! The terms state: “This product is not available to either (i) current Cardmembers of this credit card, or (ii) previous Cardmembers of this credit card who received a new Cardmember bonus for this credit card within the last 24 months.” No stipulation about other United cards.
